SimblPay is a brand of Simbl Pay LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect through simblpay.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about your current payment setup. We also collect standard technical information (browser type, pages visited) through server logs, and usage and advertising-measurement data through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — see the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, review your payment setup, provide proposals and onboarding, and communicate with you about SimblPay services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM and communications platform) and as required to provide merchant services you request — for example, with payment partners during underwriting, with your authorization. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your phone number on a form, you consent to receive calls, emails, and SMS text messages from SimblPay related to your inquiry, statement review, account, and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Data security
We protect your information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption of data in transit, restricted access controls, and PCI-DSS-aligned practices with our payment partners. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Retention & your choices
We retain inquiry information as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@simblpay.com. To opt out of marketing communications, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text message.
